Repairs
We have our own repair workshop and with qualified engineers on hand most repairs can be completed within a few days.
On site visits to your home can be arranged but most TV repairs need to be carried out in the workshop due to the construction of modern day products. If this is necessary we will remove the product to our workshop and then return the product to you on completion of the repair.
Before the commencement of any repair we always contact you and quote the total cost of the repair, we will only then repair the item if you instruct us to do so.
An inspection fee is taken with any repair brought into the shop, this covers the time the engineer needs to give you an accurate cost of repair. We then contact you, if you then proceed with the repair the inspection fee is deducted from the final cost of the repair.
